Biography

Wilson Ecaat is the founder and lead developer of ECADEL GROUP LIMITED and the founding researcher at ECADEL LABS. His research focuses on offline-first AI systems for African markets, mobile money as a financial data layer, and applied intelligence infrastructure for African institutions. He is the architect behind Smart Business Book (sbb.finance) and PAME AI (pame.cc).
